Which is where you and I differ. My "leaders" are willing to step up. Pretty much why I rarely get on KC. He's had some terrible moments this season but he'll always try yo make a play. Even if it's a shitty one. Move up here and listen to someone who knows more about bball than you or I... Joe Hassett. Jalen Lindsey is the leader of this team most games. PIZZA, SODA, GRINDERS!!!

Reeves will be a nice addition to the backcourt next year. Do you see Reeves as more of a 2 or a 3? I know in today's game the difference seems less and less. But,for example, I see Diallo as a 3 forced to play the 2. Excellent rebounder for a 3 but his ball-handling needs work for a 2. I know when Reeves signed, he was listed as a small forward. Reeves is a 2G through and through, prototypical

Reeves appears to have superior shooting and adequate ball handling to play the 2. Huge ask to have a frosh carry our outside shooting. Not if he's a great frosh Walk..

Maybe if Jax returns he helps and White could provide some outside shooting. I also expect Diallo to be adequate from 3pt territory by next year. He's got a nice stroke and if he gets his reps in(off catch & bounce) he should be improved next year.

With 11:11 to go yesterday, Rodney Bullock got a basket. The next hoop didn't come until 1:35 to go when Cartwright hit a 3.

I know walk thinks we will be better next year and an ncaa cinch ...I think we will be better also...afterall it's not a very high hurdle based on what we see this year.
I assume that Emmitt's hoped for return figures prominently in that prognostication, however so does Jackson if I read Walk correctly. I must say that I am takien aback by the absolute horrible play of Jax lately and the especially rotten performance he turned in yesterday. What a disappointment.

Jackson had a bad game but so did everyone else except for maybe Watson.
Cartwright had 7 turnovers Diallo had 4 turnovers Bullock shot 4-13 Lindsey shot 1-4 In 7 minutes of action prior to injury, I don't think Young even touched the ball on offense.
Our starters all stunk on Senior Day.

Agree Yankee. Watson's output was remarkable the way SHU contracted their zone to pack the lane. I think the poor outside shooting is caused by the tension of playing so many must win games. Seniors are supposed to have learned to control the nerves and play loose. When the outside shots were falling we were a different team, but now under pressure the shots are short sometimes just making it to the rim or inaccurate to the side. I think tension is also causing a lot of the turnovers by KC who is trying to do too much. He has 12 turnovers in the last two games which is uncharacteristic. EC has to find a way to relieve the pressure and get them relaxed and confident.

If the 1/2 court set stalls at least he can get to the rim off the bounce and finish. ....gotta love friartown...
