Reading St John's boards and the sentiment is that Tariq Owens will play.
Their fans think it's a game-changer for them...Pickem specimens are on the record with their "expert" picks
What say you other cowardly lions?

My sense is that Rodney' woke up during the Marquette game. I'm hoping that Jslen comes up big today, as he did against SJU at MSG last year. Throw in the emergence of Diallo (playing back home), Jackson and to a lesser extent, White, and we've got a deeper and taller backcourt than the last time around. Hoping this allows us to better contain the Johnnies backcourt today

48 pts combined Ponds and LoVett last game at Dunk
hope they don't call it too close...we need to bump those guys off the penetration attempts
I email;ed Big Ed to remind him they like to go to their left

Certain Big Ed had our lads up extra early this morning after receiving your sage advice dex. Minds eye memory of that game at the Dunk had those guards driving relentlessly down low to lay in bunny after bunny - ALL on the left side. Expect a much different defensive approach by Cooley and Staff to shut that door closed in what could become a real rock fight today.
Would like to see our Friars aggressively attack them to keep them off-balance on defense...do that and it could limit their ability to run right at us like they did in the last game.
No love lost between Cooley and Mullins after the post-game name calling last time out - this could get interesting today on many levels. Amazing how every team plays today with the "what-if" scenarios all over the place...even if we win, we need some help to rise above the crowd for a higher seed in the BET.

Thanks info. I think from here out everyone who is right near us, slightly above and below we root against . The further from the bubble we root for.... Therefore I root for Gtech over cuse

In my mind this one's for the whole ball of wax. Win your 6th in a row and win On The Road at the World's Most Famous Arena in front of a near sellout crowd and we Dance.
Will 6-11 Tariq Owens play is the question of the day. A daunting task for us if the improving Big man plays and towers over our frontcourt.
My hunch is he plays and Mullin is just bustin Big Ed's ballinas who he despises with a passion. Mullin probably feeding raw meat to his chargers at this very moment.

So were rooting for MQ here right to lock up 3rd seed and finish in BE? Or were rooting for MQ to lose to boot them out of our way? I think we want them to win, that might be two more top 50 scalps for us and finishing 3rd in BE has to count for something. Plus they're destroying CU right now.
