Hopefully we're up 20 and Casey gets some run and can jack up a few threes.

Like to see him get the start tonight - has been done in the past, right? Typically symbolic, he gets the start then is yanked in first few minutes...
He is quite a young man who's Dad has apparently made every game here at PC.

Think it was a tradition in the 90s and on. Not sure it’s been done lately? I don’t know. Also not sure it was done for walk-ons.
Rob Phelps was offered to start on his senior night but he declined as he didn’t want to interfere with the rhythm the team had been playing with. They went on to win the BET. I don’t think Casey will be offered the start tonight but if he is it wouldn’t be a bad idea to take a page out of the Phelps book.

I remember Rick Barnes started Trent Forbes on senior day. Went for seven minutes and was buried on the bench thereafter. Of course, Trent spent 4-yrs on scholly.

Dean Smith had a tradition of always starting his seniors on Senior Night. One year, he had six (including a walk-on), so he put all six out as his starting lineup. After the tip, a tech was called on UNC, and he took one player off the court.

I am assuming that Rodney's being honored as well tonight... Think it was KMAC who tweeted that only Woodring was being honored.

Did EC say in the past that you get honored in year of graduation?

Did EC say in the past that you get honored in year of graduation? That was my understanding. Not sure if I saw EC say that but someone on the boards posted that this is the stance EC takes. Makes you wonder...
