Nose, no worries. Knee, concerned.

Well here we go.
This absolutely not good as Rajay was being looked upon as a potential key transitional presence for this team. The role he played in Italy, despite the weak opponents, signaled that intention as did the many positive comments made by the staff at the season ticket confab. So once again the snake has bitten us and all we can hope for is that this is not a season ending injury. Without Bullock, that 'potential' as it applies to this untested team has to be notched down...
Meanwhile Ben Bentil has yet to clear the NCAA.

While programs like Kentucky's fly high in the Stratosphere, ours is always seems to float in the Arrgghh-o-sphere.

Program continues to be snake bitten and screwed by the NCAA meatheads who I'm convinced put the Big5 conference schools ahead of everyone else, even more so now.

Lets just hope and pray that a few weeks from Now Bentil gets cleared and Bullock is able to play. I feel bad for the kid if he is out for the year.

When was the last time we opened the season with the expected roster from the end of the prior season?

When was the last time we opened the season with the expected roster from the end of the prior season? I was about to say entering Gomes junior season, but forgot Gerald Brown wasn't eligible for a number or early games.

April to November continue to be the cruelest months to PC basketball. We've managed reasonably well from December to March. Crazy.

Only speculation on my part...
It's about a week removed from Rajay's injury, and nothing definitive has been reported. Assuming that the Team Physician has an affiliation with a freestanding (MD owned) imaging center, I would think that Bullock would have been scheduled in for an MRI within 24-hours of injury - with the official reading and diagnosis available mid-last week.
In light of Cooley's recent comments, I'm guessing (no, I am not a doctor - but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night) that Rajay may have suffered a partial tear of some sort, and that he's elected to wait it out and see how the knee mends following Physical Therapy (as opposed to taking the more aggressive, surgical route).
Does anyone know if his leg is immobilized, and how he's ambulating?

How they proceed could in part be dependent on a decision on Bentil.
