Only speculation on my part... It's about a week removed from Rajay's injury, and nothing definitive has been reported. Assuming that the Team Physician has an affiliation with a freestanding (MD owned) imaging center, I would think that Bullock would have been scheduled in for an MRI within 24-hours of injury - with the official reading and diagnosis available mid-last week. In light of Cooley's recent comments, I'm guessing (no, I am not a doctor - but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night) that Rajay may have suffered a partial tear of some sort, and that he's elected to wait it out and see how the knee mends following Physical Therapy (as opposed to taking the more aggressive, surgical route). Does anyone know if his leg is immobilized, and how he's ambulating? He was walking around with no crutches when I saw him early last week. Let me know if I missed any of the gut-punching moments that Friar fans have had to endure during Cooley's tenure: pcbb1917.com/2014/10/14/redshirt-freshman-bullock-injures-knee/

I ruptured my ACL, torn meniscus and tears to the MCL this summer. Haven't had surgery and do not use a cane/crutches/or a walker. Doesn't mean anything. Just about anybody can walk around with those injuries, its when you go to make quick stops and make a change of direction or jump that the injury rears its ugly head..

Undercover Friar undercoverfriarProvidence could be without Rodney Bullock (injury) and Ben Bentil (eligibility) for a while I'm hearing. Ed Cooley just can't catch a break 10:33 AM - 14 Oct 2014

Not that I want to remember it, but there was the Vincent Council hamstring injury which left all of Friar nation in a world of hurt.

I've learned through the years to expect the worst, and then the end result will end up being beyond my worst expectations. So with that said, here's what I think will happen.
Bullock done for the year, and will announce a transfer to Oregon
Bentil ruled ineligible for the whole year and decides to head back to Ghana.

Bullock done for the year, and will announce a transfer to Oregon Bentil is ruled ineligible for the whole year and decides to head back to Ghana. With small modifications, I see the same thing: Bullock done for the year, and announces a transfer to Oregon, where he reinjures his knees and the Oregon staff claims PC didn't fully inform them. Bentil ruled ineligible for the whole year and decides to transfer to URI where he is eligible immediately and is later named the A10 FOY.

Not really understanding the Bentil issue. He was a good student at a good prep school. I'm really beginning to think that the NCAA has something against this school or we're just cursed!

"but i've never heard of an entire freshman class not being able to go on the overseas trip..."
Lyndsey had mono. Chukwa and Bentil had visa/clearinghouse issues..Cartwright made the trip. 2 out of 4 with visa/clearinghouse issues..
Does PC get props for Chukw, Lyndsey, Cartwright and Chambers?? Bentil issue is a joke if it stems from classes taken in Ghana. Why doesn't the NCAA start looking at the American kids elementary school classes while they are at it..
