Sounds like greed outweighs loyalty to some PC fans.

What a fantastic season from Carter, thrilled he’s first team and hope (but don’t expect ) he gets POY. I imagine our 10-10 record will preclude some coaches from voting for him unfortunately.
I think this was the best individual season from a PC player since Dunn. Just a tremendous player, teammate, leader and person. A true friar legend, destined for great success in the NBA and beyond

Outstanding season Devin. In recent years it’s at least equal to the best from Cotton and Dunn.

I would say that we need to go back to Eric Murdock to find an equivalent, total season by a Friar player.

no sense comping Devin to other PC greats. they all were great in their own way, including Dev. Whats next? I do think he is a back end of rd 1 draft choice but surely no sure thing at the next level. would he come back to school and help PC get to that next level? and imnprove his draft status (or maybe hurt it?) a lot of his game is physicality, which won't play in the nba, and he needs to improve his shot and handle.

I would think the Hopkins injury would make Carter/father more determined that he will turn pro. Most mock drafts have in 16-20 slot so I would think 1st round is most likely.

However, DC is vastly superior on the defensive side of the ball.

I agree he will be drafted but will he be successful in the league? he plays very physical, but everyone in the league does he has an iffy shot he has a shaky handle both have to improve to succeed at the next level
