I hope the team doesn't see that nonsense...they are 5-8 in conference play and have a ways to go before locking up even an NIT bid.
One game at a time, fellas...

Lol, that's funny. Pretty surprising to see and don't buy it at all, but we do still have a shot with how weak the bubble is. The bubble is historically weak this year. I've even seen Clemson(3-9 ACC) on the bubble in a lot of brackets.
We need the next two to really make a statement.
I'm just happy the Butler win puts us un a solid position to make the NIT atleast.

I will start to feel good about the NIT chances if we can beat Xavier. And....if we can beat Creighton, we just might... nah.

I guess there's a chance I just don't trust this team to pull it off. We wouldn't be in this discussion if we hadn't lost this 3 horrible BE games. If this team somehow makes the tourney I would say this might be Cooley best coaching job. That's to be determined...

I ran the numbers the other day...words do not describe the impact of that DePaul loss...
A win over X will help our metrics but we will not get full benefit with the committee with no Bluett. This only goes down is with a 1 loss finish.
..and the bubble gets worse every year.

It's a long way to Tipperary..
I like to remind myself that when the Friars were on the bubble for the NCAA Tournament and many if not most thought they were in, had they not won the Big East Tournament, the NCAA committee would have left them out of the field.
That realization will always sober me up to the their chances of inclusion.

What would our RPI be if we had beaten DePaul, St Johns and Seton Hall? Mid 40s?

Gotta think 9-9 and 1-1 gives us a legit shot at this point...I say if that includes wins vs Butler/X/@creighton/one of X/Creigh/But at the BET, we are in...if we split the next two, and finish 3-0 it would be very close with a 1-1 BET. RPI projected upper 40's in both scenarios.
I think we have a legit shot at finishing 9-9...that would have us as a 5 or 6 in the BET. So we would play Butler, X, or Creighton in a possible play in game. I'll take Butler.

What would our RPI be if we had beaten DePaul, St Johns and Seton Hall? Mid 40s? 30 on RPI wizard if you change those to wins and drop the last 5. 41 if you change the SJ game back to a loss...that game was closer to a toss up than the other two. Depaul= disaster and SHU really just isn't that good and we should have won that gane imo.

Yank how could you do this to a nice guy and fabulous fan like '94?
Getting sleep tonight and tomorrow night will be as hard as the night before Xmas for my Grandkids
Then, God forbid, if we should lose to X, that will be 3 nights in a row with limited zzzzzzz's.
I hope and pray you are not reported to the KKB (KORE Kontrol Board) for disciplinary action

Special shoutout to Daddy-O for:
"It's a long way to Tipperary"
I haven't heard someone reference that since Mr. Frappier in the 4th Grade
BRAVO
