Think at best we stay at 10 or most likely drop a few places this week.
Guessing we roll in at 12-13...actually don't care too much until we somehow cure our obvious weaknesses like maybe winning at HOME?

Man---if, going into this season we thought we would be wondering and "arguing about" where in the TOP 15 we would be ranked on 2/1/16----some would have called us crazy !!! Enjoy the ride FRIARTOWN !!

Just a quick thought not delineated in my question because I was wondering if Michigan St. may be a more complete team than Providence with a consistent outside shooter and PC may rank ahead of Michigan St. because it won over them...
sorry for seemingly random question...

MSU has several guys who are better shooters than our best. Bryan Forbes shoots .48 from three on 6 attempts per game. Valentine shoots .43 from three on 7.7 attempts per game. Eron Harris shoots .39 from three on 3 attempts per game. Matt McQuaid shoots .42 from three on 2 attempts per game.

I may have been on to something as Michigan State one spot ahead of Providence on the AP poll. The "gut feel" test?
Big East schools among the handful of small schools listed in the latest poll.
