I've marked Depaul a sellout, I only see singles here and there scattered around. Nova and Georgetown are sellouts.
Plenty left in the upper endzone balcony for the last home game, Creighton. Will probably sell out but its a late 9pm start.

BE avg is going to be near 12,000 per game. And we can't win.

The NCAA site has very good attendance tables going back to the 80s. Not sure if they go back to the 70s. I do know sometime in the mid to late 90s the Friars were averaging around 12k a game for the entire season (including OOC games) or something, I'll look it up later.

Must have been '94 or '97? 2004 probably had decent numbers as well. I had seasons back then and I remember some good crowds.

Here is last year's chart, we ranked 52nd in attendance in D1 with total season avg of 8,614 a game. We're going to crush that avg this year. Looking like somewhere in the neighborhood of 9500-9700, or even higher if Creighton goes well over 10k or sells out. Would put us somewhere between 40-45 in rankings using last year's rankings. Not bad for a school with 4K undergrads. fs.ncaa.org/Docs/stats/m_basketball_RB/Reports/attend/2015.pdfBig East was 5th best conference last year, around 200 shy of 10k/ game but notably ahead of PAC 12 and the American.

12,582 for Georgetown and 12,435 for DePaul.
Updated OP. BE avg is going to eclipse 12k if we sellout the finale. Right now it's not close to a sellout though......looks to me like 2-3k seats avail. 9pm mid week game. However last chance to see Dunn hopefully. Not sure if our diehard students are around or not, I guess they're on break.

Lots of empty seats up high. A late start with few young kids in attendance and pc students on break.

the friarman called the crowd at 9,000 before tipoff and he was almost spot-on
For reasons stated in a previous thread, 10,000 would have been nice but the good news overall this past month is the fans did not quit on the team even though we have played horrible.

I updated the OP to reflect the final season numbers. Despite the smaller than hoped for finale they blew it out of the water this year. Crushed each of the last few years numbers 2015-2016 Opponent | Attendance | Harvard | 9,477 | Illinois | 8,069 | Brown | 8,706 | NJIT | 5,009 | Hartford | 5,169 | BC | 8,425 | Bryant | 7,369 | Rider | 7,852 | OOC Tot: | 60,076 | OOC Avg: | 7,510 |
St Johns | 12,410 | Marquette | 10,446 | Seton Hall | 11,148 | Butler | 10,918 | Xavier | 12,804 | Villanova | 12,883 | Georgetown | 12,582 | Depaul | 12,435 | Creighton | 9,252 | BE Tot: | 104,878 | BE Avg: | 11,653 |
2015-2016 Tot: | 164,954 | 2015-2016 Avg: | 9,703 |

For context I'm quoting a user named Marquette on Holy Land. Hopefully he's accurate here:
Georgetown has fallen so much. JT3 has got to go.

Three thoughts:
1. I love that 2 out of the top 3 are new members of the conference 2. Dupont Pavillion's 6,500 seats skew the conference downward a bit 3. There should be room for the conference's figures to grow, as St. John's is underperforming
