Former Friar assistant Pat Skerry has turned around a Towson team that was 4-26 and with an empty cupboard, went 1-31 last year (his 1st year) and is currently 17-13 overall, 12-5 in the CAA which is good for second place in that conference. Remaining schedule suggests a 20-win season lays ahead.
I thought that his efforts to date are worthy of a tip of the hat from these quarters.

Are they some how ineligible for the post season?
If yes? Why?

Watched last night. Towson plays fast but not much defense. Dixon must have lost 25 pounds. Played wry well. The Benimon kid is excellent. Would be a major difference maker on our team.

How come Dixon didn't have to skip a year? Is it because he's already red-shirted?

Towson has signed Pat Skerry to an extension thru the 2018-19 campaign, source told ESPN. Went from one win in first year to 18 last season.
