Pick'em 2022-23 Round 30 - Results

Yet another train wreck.
This season I went from reluctantly not renewing my season tickets (mainly for budgetary reasons), to being glad about that decision after a few games, to then having mixed feelings about it for much of the season, to finally thinking it was just as well.
Early in the 2nd half of today's game I switched back to golf coverage and promptly fell asleep. Glad I didn't even watch much of this game from the comfort of my man cave.
But I did win my 3rd, capping off a reasonable Pick'em comeback over the 2nd half of the season after a horrendous start.

Much like the Friars of late, my Pickem play was uninspired for most of the season. I was regularly beat out by more gritty contestants, and have to do a better job going forward.

Believe me when I say that changes will be made during my post-Pickem season.

To Weyinme: thanks for another season of Pickem!

While I personally failed to show up during this iteration of Pick ‘Em, Weyinme’s efforts are much appreciated and enriches my enjoyment of the college season especially outside the confines of the Big East Conference. Untold hours must go into Weyinme’s preparation and tallying of the results. Thanks for your attention to detail in your annual contest.

Well, I did get 4 wins this year much to my surprise. However, like our Friars I failed in the last 2 games miserably. Need to improve on my "research" next year I guess.
