Played great defense, hustled his butt off and generally played well.

And I was thinking that he’d be a transfer possibility...

It makes no sense for Drew to transfer. He'd have to sit out a year to play one. He can just play here next year and play elsewhere as a grad transfer the following year if he wants

Just a gut feeling on my part based upon body language and roster depth...

He might play more on a team with more talent because we won't need him to score.

Not sure, but I think Brunson's only scores were off defensive switches, not Edwards. himself.

He might play more on a team with more talent because we won't need him to score. I think he'd be wise to stick around one more year. Even though Duke and Reeves are highly touted they will be 19 year old frosh who not be as game ready(at least early on like we saw with MAL) as an experienced 4th year player. He should just work hard and make Cooley have some tough decisions next year. then if things don't work out he could just go down a level to maybe URI and play big minutes

I agree, he was key in that second half. I thought the call on Alpha fouling Brunson was weak at that point in the game. Kyron got a good shot off...so close... Now we see if they can take the momentum of their play into the tourney, and hopefully shoot better. (probably not, it is what it is)

The call on Diallo was terrible. 17 feet from the basket and non-shooting.
