Nice win for Greg McDermott and the Bluejays (but it hurts PC!)5
As of this evening, PC remains caught up in a bottleneck at the middle of the conference's standings.
Xavier and Nova are clearly in the Tournament. Here is what the middle of the pack looks like:
Seton Hall: 20 - 9; 9-7 (having beaten PC twice) Butler: 19-10; 9-7 (having split with PC) Providence: 18-11; 9-7 Creighton: 19 - 10; 8-8 (having split with PC)
What are your predictions for this group, heading into NYC for the BE Tournament?
Remaining Schedule:
Seton Hall: Home vs. Nova; Home vs. Butler Butler: @ SJU; Home vs Seton Hall] Providence: @ Xavier; Home vs SJU Creighton: Home vs. DePaul; @ Marquette
My Projections heading to MSG (as of 2/24)/b]:
3rd Place - Seton Hall: L, W (finishing 10-8) 4th Place - Creighton: W, W (finishing 21-10; 10-8' split with PC) 5th Place - Butler: L, W (finishing 20-11; 10-8; Split with PC) 6th Place - Providence: L, W (finishing 19-12; 10-8)
Not knowing how weak The Bubble is, I sense that PC would need to win at least 1 game in the BE Tournament (assuming it plays out like this) to feel comfortable on Selection Sunday.

If those four tied, would not each team’s record vs. the other three,in round robin style, determine the seedings? Anyone here figured out what that means? PC the only one to have beaten Xavier and Nova? I think so.

So if all tied, we most likely would finish 6th overall. I think Hall/Butler still play each other. But if we end up tied w just Butler or Creighton or both, we would finish 4th. I think
