Thought both guys were really good last night. Both helped maintain the lead and played some solid minutes off bench when we had foul trouble.
Hopefully they are both settling in for the stretch run
They don't need to come in and light it up but if both can control tempo/pace and not turn it over it will go a long way come March

I thought Edwards was better.
I don't want White jacking 6 shots in 12 minutes like he did last night. I think he has only hit 1 jumper since returning.
I am happy that in 18 combined minutes they only turned it over once. That's most important.

Good point on White....he can get into heat check mode pretty quickly but I honestly think if he didn't hurt his knee he would've been scoring the ball a lot more right now. he looked to just be gaining confidence in his shot before injury. But i definitely wouldn't mind seeing him go to that killer crossover down the middle that he juked Bridges out with (high off the glass......that was Cotton esque)

I'm not getting the love white is receiving either. Gus commented on it last night and the other hood is signing his praises. He makes me nervous as crap when he has the ball. dribbles extremely high and right in front of the defender. 1-6 and no assists in 12 minutes ain't great.
I'm at the "freak up the least when kyron's on the bench" stage right now. I think that's Edwards.
heat check for white? when was this?

I might be confusing the term heat check......but he likes to let it fly( 6 shots in 12 mins) He makes me nervous with the ball also but he's a got a spark to him(on both sides) I think he's going to become a pretty good little scorer for us the next two years fwiw

White's drive to the basket shows what he is capable of and that's what he was doing pre injury, along with hitting his open 3's. I can see game by game getting his confidence back and he will be valuable down the stretch. White had 1 TO in 12 minutes. Not bad. And yes, Edwards handled the press well for 6 minutes and had no "freak ups".....gotta love friartown...

Dex says you have the goods.....done deal.
Plus Edwards is 84% from the line vs 60% for white...

I don't want Edwards or White in the game at crunch time having to shoot FT's..
White, as he gains his confidence back, will offer and provide more than Edwards. I would not discount White based on 6 minutes of no "freak ups" by Edwards..
Dex knows all..
....gotta love friartown...

I've got no issues with white getting time but he would be my second ball handler. I even like them together. I think they played well together against wash.

No problem ...then go edit some of your posts
you wanna disagree fine...state your mind and move on
no need to infer that mikemc and more importantly ME are dopes
ie before the Nova game you made a "meltdown" prediction...fine that means we don't win again perhaps...but we did win
I personally thought it was more stupid than usual...BUT did I say anything? Nope
But just to show you I am a fair and just man, you are on record that we have no shot at The Dance
While I think that's a tad emphatic, I must say that, if I am right about 10 wins (remember you said 11) I still think TWO more WINS is a bear
My Point: Sometimes we agree and sometimes we don't That's Message Board Reality man, a concept you have struggled with for many years
Like Freddo said to Michael: I'm smart Mike, I'm not stupid
Come on for crice sakes it's friggin Sports and it's all fun here...not every day life and death problems
Walk wrote: "Dex says you have the goods.....done deal." Not Nice...totally unprovoked ... albeit true

11 included a meaningless win against DePaul at home...assume your 10 did as well. There's not a bum left so I see a scenario where 10 does it but it ain't a comfortable one. You think we're in with an rpi of 45?

You don't see a high dribble? How about the turnover at mid court?
