1. First off Young already is what you would call a serviceable Big East big man. Hopefully he becomes more. FWIW I think we haven't seen the best Kalief Young. Watson will be very good if not great by the time he leaves. 2. I have no idea.(note:I didn't read draif's until after I posted this 3. Yes, sucks because Maliek looked to really be turning that corner before hurting his knee but yeah i think he's gonna hit some big shots to finish his career. 4.nobody can answer that with maybe the exception of a doctor who has his medical records. 5.I think Dickens will add a real nice dimension to the team off the bench next year.(lots of blocks & lobs) 6.I think if Jackson is wise he sticks around. Cooley has always been loyal to his seniors first and foremost but more importantly he has to ask himself how many minutes he would be playing without Lindsey and Bullock on team. If he's not starting next year I think at minimum he's playing 25 mpg as 6th man. Not the safest bet going to new system and being last on the loyalty/seniority list unless he would rather drop down a level start and play 38 mpg.....because he could probably do that but doubt he wants to. If he tries to go to the ACC or SEC he could wind up screwing himself. Best chance for him to play starter type minutes at a big time program is to stay exactly where he is.
7. Edwards will probably transfer out after next year with a degree in tow. Could see him at a place like Towson where he has a chance to start and have a nice last year.

Based on what I've seen we have major PG issues next year despite having 2 Top 50s. Too many question marks next year. Gonna struggle. I think next year is the year they sneak up on everyone..

We're going to be good next year....and I have my doubts about holt playing.
Agreed...I think we will be entertaining and pretty good....ncaa good if Holt and Jax exercise sr leadership MAL will be fine once he gets his confidence mojo going again
Yankee - aren't Lindsey and bullock question marks? Look at Jax stats on a per minute basis next to Lindsey.
Agreed and I would add that KC is a question mark too...I never know how he is feeling physically between injury & illness this year And I never know whether he wants to score one game or facilitate in the next. Feast or famine
I have a ton of confidence in Duke.
Me too ...additionally I am juiced to have a sweet shooter in AJ next year...they will help even as frosh and they will entertain some too
Haven't gone through the rosters but the BE seems to be losing a lot next year...
Interesting thought...perhaps Man of Info or Professor Nutty could analyze that one...one has to factor in any big time recruits too I suppose

I agree with walk...especially if Jackson and Holt are here. We will be a lot more athletic next year. We will be much better defensively. We will be deep. And I think Diallo will be a potential POY type of player.

I hope you all are right...as of now I am not seeing it. But, kids improve and the rest of the league does lose a lot. We'll see.

LOL
I know Walk I know.... but that's what happens when a kid's confidence is shot to chit. I expect a recovery next year with focus on facilitating and FTs.

Hoping the light goes off for him..but at the end of the day some heralded recruits just don't pan out. Not sure how people can say he "will be fine". Sure there is a good possibility he can turn it around and starts playing better but so many players don't.No guarantees.
Imagine this board in the early 90's after seeing Alosa struggle mightily right out of the gate..Give him some time, he will be fine!

It's time for MAL to have a bucket drop...today's the day he gets a little confidence back.

unfortunately for MAL if things are going the friars way, it's most likely due to cartwright and MALs ass will be on the bench.
