Ernie is one of my all time favorite friars. His ball handling skills were incredible as he would practice hours on end. He nailed it on the head when he said that too many college kids worry about the three point shot and don't spend enough time practicing ball handling. Ernie mentioned he was a friar season ticket holder and a big Ed Cooley guy. He also mentioned he thought Jalen Lindsey could have been a pro prospect if he had worked more on his ball handling skills. Come to think of it I can't remember the last time he faked a three and took it in for a better shot. Not a knock on Jalen because he is a class act and a great person but I can see where Ernie is coming from. A lot of good memories from the podcast.
