It's becoming bigger than NY? The ACC and Big East? Next year the BIG joins them in NYC vs the PAC 12, a couple mid majors and a coronation for Gonzaga or St Mary's, let's not get carried away.

But next week in Vegas is the best!
March Madness first 4 days, St. Paddy's Day and, as I found out yesterday, Vegas is also a big Spring Break destination.
I'll be there to win my 10-team parlays! dex is helping me out!

I was in Vegas for the opening weekend of the NCAA Tournament last year. No games were played there, but the town was mobbed with groups of hoop fanatics sporting their school's gear and betting on games. It was a blast - but is no where near being at MSG for The BEAST

I'll let you know. Many other reports disagree. Nothing against the BET but couple the Big Dance, with St. Paddy's and young things to drool at and that is formidable competition.

I'll be in Dana Point, CA beginning 3/15...a wonderful oceanfront community in Orange County...low humidity, comfortable temps and no bugs. I know Rock is a big fan of Dana Point!
March Madness, St. Paddy's Day, the return of the swallows to San Juan Capistrano on St. Joseph's Day...seven of us are travelling to visit my eldest son and we have rented a beautiful house with a harbor view, swimming pool, two kitchens, two master suites and loads of televisions. Put the Friars in the Dance, hold off on a potential snow storm on flight day, and I'll be one happy dude. Plus, I have tickets to the C's/Bulls this Sunday and will be back from vacation to get to choice seats at the Dunk for the NCAA hockey tournament...so, I cannot make it to NYC for the tournament this weekend but have plenty of sports in my immediate future!

Dana Point is great, enjoy. My friend used to live in San Clemente, a surfer town just south.
