But both Pomeroy and BPI rate PC higher than Seton Hall. So we really need to go to the "The most reliable, comprehensive measure of hoop proficiency known to man"--- the Bilas Index which rates PC ........................

Pretty sure Dad was talking about the eye test, not rpi...
SHU's best wins are Creighton, Cal*, and South Carolina* without Thornwell. Only 6 top 100 wins. Not impressive.
Going by the eye test they are no better. And we should have swept them.

Worst loss is to sju....rpi 128...
Interestingly our kenpom # had been worse than our rpi over recently.

ok so uconn won again with an Adams buck with a few seconds...64 - 63
Ga Tech beat Cuse in Atlanta which helps Pastner's chances a lot...rematch at Cuse last game of season
Cuse now has Duke @ home Louisville on the road and Ga Tech again

Sorry for this, but as someone devoted to recruiting and spends zero time trying to understand RPI, the prognosticators, or even other leagues...when you guys post here can you advise whom I should be rooting for? It would help.

Bracketmatrix is the best site to find out where we are compared to other bubble teams.

Bracketmatrix is the best site to find out where we are compared to other bubble teams. Thank you. So for tonight 2/21: URI at LaSalle ...root for LaSalle Clemson at VTech..root for VTech NC St. at Geo. Tech..root for NC St. Miss. at Miss St.....root for Miss St. St. John's vs Marquette...that's still a tough one to pick.

We want SJ. Need Marq and SHU to fall off.
We want URI to get back in the top 50, so probably hope they win tonight. Not sure if they have a path without the A10 auto bid at this point. Maybe if they win out and make the a10 finals they'd have a shot with how weak the bubble is, but still likely not be enough unless they knocked off Dayton in there.
Also root for Iowa over Indiana at 9. Indiana needs that one to stay alive.

For that reason plus my PC standard-issue seething, loathing and abhorrence of all things URI, I'll root for LaSalle, thank you.

VCU is the game we want them to lose, but even if they win that one and win out, they will have to beat one of VCU/Dayton in the A10 tourney and not lose to anyone not named VCU or Dayton to have a shot. Most were saying they need the auto bid after losing to Fordham at home.
URI just moved back into the top 50, which is good for us.
