Nova up 22 over Seton Hall with 16:30 to go...
Can URI rebound from a brutal loss?
Virginia Tech up 2 over Louisville just before the half
Wake up 2 over Duke just before the half
Must-win game for Marquette tonight vs Xavier
UMass falling apart in the A-10 and down 9 to Davidson at home in front of a flat-lined crowd
Baylor up 8 over Kansas in the first half of the Ongoing Investigation Bowl

UMass falling apart in the A-10" ----------------------------------------
~ A few seasons ago I thought UMass played the worst D' I had ever seen, relative to the talent they put on the floor. I guess things haven't improved much.

Umass has been no help, they fell apart in A10 play. Were looking like a possible top 100 win and now they won't even be top 150...need Memphis to finish well.
Looks like I was right about SHU. They are no better than us.

SHU is playing below PC . I thought they were on the upswing but lost today and earlier.
I have not looked at the actual standings only comparing each's play in my opinion from observation.

Hopefully X gets Bluiett back soon...tough to go without your two best players
Walk's Virginia team stinks...have for awhile ...not that the polls have reflected it
Pitt has gotten a little better lately
uri hung on and i mean hung on to beat a horrible but scrappy Geo Mason team in virginia
Buzz Williams getting va Tech better each year
watched Josh Fortune today...they put him in when down 34 pts
watched Dayton squeeze by Bonnies at dayton...A10 really is lousy this year
As I watch more and more of the top teams with all kinds of talent and all kinds of chaotic play, Nova looks better and better

Golden Eagles take nice step toward ncaa bid...now .500 in conference Meanwhile X in a death spiral
Howard ties 3-pointer record as Marquette tops Xavier
Associated Press | Last updated 7 hours ago MILWAUKEE -- Markus Howard tied the Marquette single-game record with nine 3-pointers and had a career-high 34 points , Andrew Rowsey scored 18 with a career-high tying seven assists and the Golden Eagles beat Xavier 83-61 on Saturday night to snap a two-game skid.
Haanif Cheatham had 15 points and eight rebounds for Marquette (16-10, 7-7 Big East), which is one game back of the fourth-place Musketeers in the conference standings. Xavier, which has lost three in a row overall, had won six straight against Marquette.
Rowsey scored 10 points, including back-to-back 3-pointers, during a 21-2 run to open the game and the Golden Eagles led by double figures the rest of the way. Xavier (18-9, 8-6) missed six shots in a row and was scoreless for nearly six minutes during the decisive run and went another five-plus minutes without a field goal later in the half.
Sean O'Mara had 15 points, Tyrique Jones scored 13 and RaShid Gaston added 12 with 10 rebounds for Xavier. The Musketeers made a season-low tying two 3-pointers on 17 attempts (12 percent).
Marquette hit 13 3s and made 18 of 20 free throws.

I should add that Marquette has a reasonable path the rest of the way:

SHU and PC are both 6-8 and both have 16 wins but SHU has an RPI of about 40 vs ours around 60
SHU: Maybe they will catch X with Bluiett still hobbling...an ncaa bid is there for the taking without Whitehead
Xavier
@ Depaul
Hoyas
@ Butler
