Just recently, I read something that had me thinking that all of the site work is complete. Wondering the same about more visible, above ground work.

Last I heard they were doing all the infrastructure work including knocking down houses they had bought although I also heard one guy was holding out on selling his house.
I don't think they've started any structure building yet at least does not look that way when I go by the area on the way to hockey games.

Think Driscoll said on Cooley's radio show that it would take a year once actually started...(sounds aggressive)

They built the Empire State Building in less than a year.
They built the original Yankee Stadium in less than a year.
But Providence contractors didn't build them.

The one holdout has been at issue for several years. PC moved on from dealing with the owner a few years ago. That house is not holding up the project. Quite a few other homes have been purchased and demoed plus the street purchase provides additional land.
The start of worked moved from summer 2017 to 2018, as I hear it because the cost estimates were higher than the funds budget so value engineering work is underway to get back to cost targets.
In general PC building projects begin in the Spring and tale 18 minths.

What is the address of the one hold out? Is he/she going to have a house surrounded by campus buildings?

This is beyond the college arms race. This is Roman Empire stuff.

Already having completed both recent new buildings on campus "on time and on budget" gave the chosen outfit a leg up on winning the bid. Let's get those shovels in the ground and get this built...BRICK BY BRICK. Is it true that Dex is donning the hard hat as. Consultant?
