Without a doubt the best Donaldson piece I've ever read.
I have a feeling Pc administration is regretting their decision and realizing that you know what? It wasn't the right one!

this is really cut & dry if you think about it
police are called in Florida and there is an investigation which resulted in NO CRIMINAL charges(meaning they didn't break any laws)and the QB is allowed to play. PC doesn't make the ultimate decision of if there was a crime committed? the police and AG's office does.....only they were never even called in this case
Austin and Bullock got railroaded and that's why the top 50 said bye bye!!

Not exactly what happened. In the day case a complaint was filed the day after the incident. There was dna evidence if unprotected sex. The DNA was Winstons. Police did nothing for a year until somehow the press was involved. The Saturday before the heisman, the day said two friends if the qb stated the sex was consensual. I guess they watched? So the da, an fsu head, said no charges would be filed. Then the da literally had a good laugh about it at the presser. If that is now our standard if excellence, God help us. this is really cut & dry if you think about it police are called in Florida and there is an investigation which resulted in NO CRIMINAL charges(meaning they didn't break any laws)and the QB is allowed to play.
