No question in my mind that the Friars got the benefit of the whistle today...and Willard was terrible. My son and I said the exact same things watching the game. Who goes into a freeze (with a shot clock) at the 10 minute mark? Calls went our way too.

When we had Keno, most here pleaded for an engaged coach who would just make the guys play hard, compete defensively, take good shots and hit free throws. Ed has delivered on all of that. The guy is exactly who we all hoped he would be. His energy, passion, competitiveness and authenticity are a gift to PC. Perspective people, perspective.

You're exactly right...he's the anti keno...tough to take the same results when hex exactly what we wanted.....
...remember those defending Kenos system saying would you rather lose by 12 scoring in the 80s or 4 scoring in the 60s,...we're finding out...
Tiffany green and Lachina Robinson did the broadcast rock....

Tiffany green and Lachina Robinson did the broadcast rock....
They were knowlegable and made timely comments and observations.
The least of my concerns were the announcers.
Ted was holding his head in his hands after the game. Your heart had to break for the team today.
Not going to snipe at them, the coaches, the announcers.
Put it behind you and move forward.

Well Henton does get some shots off Rock wrote: "My son and I said the exact same things watching the game. Who goes into a freeze (with a shot clock) at the 10 minute mark? Man you are HOT HOT HOT as the song goes. But stay tuned, the mutants will come out of their sewers to kill Cooley as the losses mount. Likely the same specimens that blame shanley for being too harsh on the suspendees BUT blame Cooley for buying the groceries. Guaranteed...mark it downPeck's Bad Boy asked if I cared about the NIT last night. The answer is NO and the question is likely moot because I doubt we will qualify.

I agree with all that has been said. Think about this for a second...if we somehow upset Nova on Sunday, we will be no worse or better than a month ago, when we lost to Kentucky. I think it's safe to say that, most had us losing to UMass and 'Nova and winning all the others to be at 11-4 after 15 games. Will this happen, highly unlikely. Just trying keep the hope alive since we still have 2 and a half months left in a season likely to spin out of control. After all, we haven't beaten a ranked opponent on the road in 10 years. All streaks must end, right? ?

Yes. I am three, which makes me one year older than you. You would think after 10 years of losing, you would be desensitized to the Friars losing. You must buy your tissues at BJs.
