Seems to be the forgotten man. I wonder what folks feel about his potential to contribute, and what manner?

He is very athletic and the word is that he is a very good shooter. I am excited to see him. Since he was hurt last year, I assume he will be coming off the bench this year. Maybe he’ll be a starter next year.

I anticipate him contributing as an athletic and good shooting 3/2 man with size.

I don’t think you alone are guilty of that and that was my reason for posting the question. I for one often get overly enamored with the recruiting process and overlook the existing roster. We have two players coming off serious knee injuries in Fernandez and Hopkins, two coming off redshirt seasons in DeLaurier and Bonke and young returnees in Pierre, Floyd, and Barron continuing to develop to varying degrees. Lots of questions to be answered, lots to speculate about and now the recruiting cycle adds to the roster. My curiosity revolves around how the framework of our new team is constructed and how KE develops a strategy and rotation. It is reasonable to assume we are in for some surprises and hopefully improvements. Certainly some big shoes to fill but new opportunities to build something that may look different and be different.

JF started for GMU starting in mid-January as a frosh. I expect him to compete for a starting role next year. He was hurt so early in the preseason I'd expect that he is fully back to normal now.

If this kid stays healthy, I think he's going to be a very solid contributor next year...

If this kid stays healthy, I think he's going to be a very solid contributor next year... Why would Kim bring a stiff with him...I don't get the doubters about his talent Conn...will contribute if healthy. If not, farm him out to A10

Dex, my gut tells me that Fernandez is the best of the bunch from GMU...but, who knows?

Dex, my gut tells me that Fernandez is the best of the bunch from GMU...but, who knows? Tall order Conn considering how great Josh was this past year but that would be terrific

Okay. Why not we go on record regarding JF's minutes and average for this coming year? I'll start: 16.7mpg and 7.8ppg Note: In his injury-shortened 2022-23 season at GM he was 14.1mpg and 4.1ppg.
