Good question, to which I have my own question...
Understanding that Christ is a French citizen (much like Oswin is a Nigerian citizen), it would seem that PC and the Collective have figured out how to accommodate foreign nationals, understanding that the current NIL process precludes the participation of foreign players. Does anyone have an accurate read on the nature of such restrictions?

Hop 3, Alexis 4, Christ 5 = best Oswin would be a redshirt candidate with this scenario. Bring him in and hope he progresses at a faster rate working against Bonke, Christ and Alexis, than Slim did. 6'7 220lbs 6'9 230lbs 7'0 285lbs Dudes This is the Ike-Oduro stuff all over again. No way we can play 2 centers and a PF together. Alexis is out, I’d be stunned otherwise Could not disagree more. Did you see how we shot the ball last year? We would have been much better off with a lineup of Pierre, Carter, Hop (then Ticket) Oduro and Ike than what we put on the floor last year. The same would hold true this year. Hop ain't playing the 4 at the next level. He's a 3. Alexis is 6'9. That's a 4, or an udersized 5.

Ike and Oduro do the same things in the same area, they would have no room to operate and one of them would just hang out on the perimeter where they would be much less effective. Plus Hop would have no room to drive, which was already an issue with just Oduro in there

Please, please, please no more redshirts! It never works out for us and we ALWAYS end up short handed. There WILL be injuries, there will be sicknesses, there always are in season issues. KE said 13 dudes, let’s hold him to it!

Essandoko is way too slow for the 4, but you could play Oswin with him if you wanted to go big. Think the best look is still probably Hop at the 4 and one of the bigs at the 5 Hop 3, Alexis 4, Christ 5 = best Oswin would be a redshirt candidate with this scenario. Bring him in and hope he progresses at a faster rate working against Bonke, Christ and Alexis, than Slim did. 6'7 220lbs 6'9 230lbs 7'0 285lbs Dudes Friars are no longer recruiting Alexis after Christ signing.

My guess is that Alexis is the better prospect and we just don’t have the minutes to land a player of his caliber. If healthy, we have Hopkins and Essandoko starting in the frontcourt.

The Brantley and the big from MTSU interest is probably outdated. We probably called on them pre Joseph and Christ. These guys sometimes list 25-30 schools for interest and most of those schools never even really recruit them past the initial contact

3.56% from the arc. Almost 90% from the line. Avg. 12.2 pts.
Good size. Good defender. Didn't play last 8 games. Injury?
His father, Shareef Abdur-Rahim, was an Olympic Gold medalist, 3rd pick in the '96 NBA draft, played 13 years in the NBA and is currently President of the G League.
Good genes. Like the pickup.

I like the trend of signing players with nba bloodlines. Keep them coming in future years.
