Like I said, think it's based on sagarin. Can only assume the rpi projections of our ooc opponents is dragging down our projected numbers.
The BE conf ooc makes no sense if it sits at 3 right now.

The wizard, looking at the percentages they plug in for each game show us losing @ umass then going 6-3 at home and 2-7 on the road to finish 8-10 in conference, I think we can all agree that would be a disaster and we'd like not get in. Then again their wizard says 20-11 with RPI of 38 and SOS of 35, probably good enough. Not sure why it doesn't match.
Also don't get the conference RPI thing walk mentions. BE will be top 5 and likely top 3 conference RPI if we enter conf play that way especially due to our size and home and home schedule.
We need to win out these last two hopefully. If not a loss @ umass then minimum 9-9 in conference, preferably 10-8... Still gonna be a big hill in this conference, that said if we're as good as we know we can be, maybe we'll carve through the conference And win 11-12 games or more.

I believe the BE is still projected at 3 but the conf ooc schedule strength is 15... Almost seems impossible...

Georgetown isn't helping. Just lost to Monmouth. Monmouth has beat UCLA, USC and Notre Dame this year by the way.

Me neither. I felt like he was a good coach but with the talent they have had I'm beginning to doubt it. Top to bottom they are the most talented team coaching wise they are at the bottom with Creighton and Seton Hall

So, you would put Chris Mullin where? Fourth from the bottom?

Too early to tell with him. He gets an incomplete at the moment. Based talent it could be argued that jt3 has done the least with the most.

Mullin just started. Got to give the man 4-5 years to get his own team and roster in there imo.

They should. Monmouth might be the best team in that state.

Jon Rothstein @jonrothstein
Evansville improves to 10-2 with an eight-point road win at Fresno State -- the sleeper team in the MWC. Aces will be a real factor in MVC.

has anyone been following regularly? I just checked and saw us at 30. I believe the previous number was 27, but don't remember if that included Rider.

Our projections don't look too good...probably a combo of too many underperforming win point differentials and the fact that our OOC opponents have been much worse than expected. I think we are 20 now, but RPI forecast predicts 9-9 in BE with 38 RPI.
The league projects to #4. Georgetown has basically took a big dump on the entire league this year.
