You don't like that they'll run the ad or you don't like that they initially decided not to?

You don't like that they'll run the ad or you don't like that they initially decided not to? Thanks for pointing out the need for my clarification, Rock. I didn't like the fact that ESPN had initially decided to not run the commercial. Like any commercial that runs on ESPN's airways, the "content and views do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the network". That being the case, what's the harm in allowing an advertiser to express their beliefs and values in a manner that they so choose? Can't imagine ESPN editing commercials for let's say, Coors Light, on account of the fact that it might be offensive to folks in recovery... or perhaps, a McDonald's commercial - given that the consumption of cows is offensive to the Hindi community... or how about Weight Loss programs which helps to fuel the compulsion of an anorexic? In this case and given the religious affiliation of the hospital, I see no basis for barring an Ad that mentions Jesus and God during the Christ-mas season. In turn, I'd find nothing offensive from a Hebrew-based entity running Ads that wish folks a Happy Chanuka, or for that matter, a "Happy Rhamadan" message when in season. In my mind, ESPN should never have barred the Ad to begin with. If folks find mention of Jesus or God in these Ads offensive, then their entitled to seek another, sectarian hospital in their region. 82
