Very cute kid. You need the body, the stride, the training, the effort to put up a time like that. It also helps to be wearing "super shoes." Ms. May is also an alleged Martial Artist.

Flockhard May 1-2: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1M2BhUnlifE Raliegh 1500 was paced. May went out immediately and stayed with the pacer hoping to be pulled to Qual time 4:06 for Paris'24. Flockhart did not go with rabbit and stayed at the front of the pack and eventually pass of fading May (who gave it all she could) for the win (4.o8.82).

I was happy they got this in this evening. As of two days ago it looked like a washout and it's only a little meet but it does take planning and there is some expense involved. So campus lucked out with the heavy air, wind and rain gone.

W finished #2 in Penn. Disappointed they didn't try to defend their 4x1500 title on Saturday? I think they would have had a better chance. Today's afternoon Medley relay, is a different ballgame. But they did well, though couldn't handle Harvard. No Franklin wheel but I'm sure they did their best with a national time. pennrelaysonline.com/Results/results.aspx?cy=2024&en=347

I believe it is the 4th best time of all time for college or pros.

Just watched the 4x800 women's, PC had the lead coming around the last turn. Looked like the Washington woman tried to cut in front of Flokhart but she held the W woman off only to have the baton get hit out of her hand 25meters from the end. An automatic DQ...would have set a record.

They blew two key races this season. One "fall" in NCAA, one dropped baton Sat.
