Aside from watching press conferences and the news in regular intervals most evenings (and weekends), I got a tip to watch the series "House of Cards". So... I sat down in front of my TV to watch the First Episode of Season 1 yesterday... and turned the TV off around 1am, after watching the first 9 episodes. Not sure how many seasons the show ran for, but I have something to watch for a while now.
What is everyone else watching?

I am dedicating my next binge watch to the Greatest Generation and rewatching the entire series " Band of Brothers" Many a night watching with my son. ....gotta love friartown... Absolutely great series, Mike. One of the first made for TV Series I can remember was "Rich Man Poor Man", staring Ed Asner and a young, Nick Nolte. As I recall, it was produced before "Roots" "Keep Calm, Wash Your Hands & Carry On"

Not binge watching but reading material. I haven't had a chance to read this book, but I was just talking with my Dad and he called me to tell me he just checked in on his best man back in Elemhoist, as he calls it. My Dad asked about their childhood friend whom many of you know as a frequent referee for PC games, Mickey Crowley. As a kid, what an unbelievable opportunity for me to be able to meet Mickey pregame courtside at the Civic Center. Unbeknown to me at the time was how famous he was. I just purchased the book for my Dad. My dad was saddened to hear of Mickey's passing about 6 months ago. Hopefully Thmperella attended some Mickey's refereeing clinics! www.amazon.com/Throw-Ball-High-Mickey-Crowley/dp/1640273913....gotta love friartown...
