what exactly is making sense? The process should enable Cooley to work more extensively in a structured way with Watson, Diallo, Reeves, Duke and Pipkins during the summer months. This at least represents some measure of dividend for the Program.

Do you think he will impose his flex offense on the team?

Funny you should ask that Info, as I was going to bring that up (suggesting he wouldn't) in my response to Walk

The roster is basically what I expected, but it is disappointing to see that Markus Howard is not playing. And to that, all I will say is that it appears that there are internal issues within Marquette, and I think it’s unfortunate that Markus Howard will not get to participate.
I want to see the players involved have fun and enjoying the experience.
As expected, there are more PC players than anybody, and I believe that experience will not only help them develop as players, but it provides an opportunity to get out and enjoy the world.
Also, we better let Cooley do things like this, or he can easily take his act elsewhere. And for those wanting to see Cooley in the background of the training videos...get used to it...

I am pleased to see that PC will have a big presence in this year's PAN AM Games. Great experience and exposure to Coach and the five young men who will get to travel, practice and play on an international stage.

Anyone know anything about this? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basketball_at_the_2019_Pan_American_GamesBasketball competitions at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru are scheduled to be held from July 27 to August 10. The competitions will take place at the Coliseo Eduardo Dibos.[1] This will be the first time a 3x3 basketball tournament will be contested, for men and women, bringing the total number of basketball events on the program to four. This was done after the International Olympic Committee added the events to the program of the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.[2][3] A

Do you think the roster makeup is what the BE office intended when they signed up for this?

How would you like to be Maliek White today? Or perhaps his Dad? Howmany Big East games has Pipkins played?

He tweeted “sometimes you’re loyal to the wrong f****** people” yesterday a little while after the roster was announced. He’s been critical of Cooley before on twitter too so I’m assuming that this may have been another instance of that. Hopefully not.

I'm a little surprised at the lack of reaction to Maliek not getting the nod...especially since Pipkins did. Afterall Maliek was one of the Six PG's that Walk designated to start at the position. It clearly indicates that he wants Pip to get acclimated to the other stars and them to him. And it tells me that Cooley wants to get back to Winning and nothing or nobody is going to get in his way. Maybe "earning" one's minutes will be the reality next year. We shall see what we shall see, shan't we.

are you saying minutes weren't earned last year? While I know your question wasn't aimed at me, I will chime in. There were games where Maliek performed well, but as an overall evaluation, I don't think he was a BE starting point guard. He is more a 2 guard. But with Duke and Reeves going, he was the odd man out for th he Pan Am. PIZZA, SODA, GRINDERS!!!
