Unfortunately the mgt of the Bulls has decided to tank the team which is their strategy to improve through drafting. The locker room is not happy and are resigned to every man for himself. It's particularly hard for those there or those who were there that are playing for a contract with them or some other team. And don't believe all the "injuries" they report to the nba...laughable. Any bump in the road success they might have now does not please mgt. Boylan is playing Rah Rah while the tank is on and being laughed at by the team bec he has the coaching lifespan of a Panamanian Teatsie Fly. But hey, writer's write. Ugh, Panama again...

Have you watched any of their games? Sorry but our boy has been stinking. He’s afraid to penetrate. Can’t shoot from outside. Nothing to do with Lavine or his injuries or his time at Minn. he’s just weak. Hopefully he can be a good 15 min a game backup.

I totally agree Ned ... performance down & minutes too since the last good streak he was on. Unfortunately that was not my point. Two more players dumped last week for nuttin. Fake injuries & resentment of the coach is real. Anyway enjoy their games.

The Tuesday TNT games and earlier Monday games on NBAtv are “players only” broadcasts

I feel for Kris. He's gotten two chitty head coaches between Thibs and Boylen who act like the gym teacher from Beavis and Butthead, and believe that an NBA team should run and operate like a military battalion. He flourished under Hoiberg, and I really hope he plays for one of the many players coaches that are abundant in the league. Those two honestly might be the worst coaches to play for from a players perspective.

Hey Wedge...Spot On about those two nitwits and you reflect what the players think too
I hope Kris succeeds for his sake and it only helps us too
As an aside, I wish Cotton was in the NBA...but thankfully he's having an astounding career Down Under

Dunn takes over in OT, leads Bulls past Wizards
The Associated Press
Lauri Markkanen had 32 points and 13 rebounds, former Providence College star Kris Dunn scored a season-high 26 — including eight in overtime — to go with 13 assists, and the shorthanded Chicago Bulls beat the fading Washington Wizards 126-120 on Wednesday night in Chicago.
Markkanen nailed five 3-pointers, including a key shot beyond the arc in overtime.
Shaquille Harrison scored 18, and Cristiano Felicio 15 for the Bulls, who won their second straight after dropping five in a row, despite leading scorer Zach LaVine (bruised right thigh, right knee tendinitis) and Otto Porter Jr. (strained right rotator cuff) not playing because of injuries.
Jabari Parker led Washington with 28 points against his former team. Bradley Beal scored 27 and hit the tying jumper in the closing seconds of regulation. But the Wizards lost for the third time in four games.
Tied at 113 through four quarters, the Bulls went on an 8-2 run to start overtime, with Lopez hitting two foul shots and Dunn nailing two 3-pointers. It was 121-117 with a minute left when Dunn missed two free throws.
Beal then missed the first and made the final two free throws after getting fouled on a 3, cutting the lead to two. But Markkanen nailed a 3 from the top of the key to make it 124-119 with 32.3 seconds remaining.
Parker then put up an air-ball on the second attempt after making the first free throw, and Dunn hit two foul shots to make it 126-120 with 19.5 seconds left.
The game was the second between the two teams since the deal that sent Otto Porter Jr. to the Bulls for Jabari Parker and Bobby Portis on Feb. 6. The Wizards beat the Bulls 134-125 three days later in Chicago, with Beal scoring 31.

He can really stuff the stat sheet when he is playing well. I can see him being a difficult decision to make for GMs. They see him do this and it rekindles their hope that he can put it all together consistently.

Dunn was a great player at PC and I am happy we had him for 3 years. But like almost all guards during Ed’s tenure not named Cotton, he couldn’t shoot.

As a Friar Kris thrilled this fan. Yet he was oft injured and oft tried to carry the team on his back and maybe played above the talent of his supporting teammates. Too fast? Too uptempo? Too out of control? His quickness on defense created steals and fast break scoring. I thought he improved his shooting while at PC but given his quickness and ability to run and score perhaps he didn’t develop his shooting to a level necessary to tensing a starter or continued longevity in the NBA. Unfortunately, it appears that the Bulls may have moved on from Kris as they.look for other options who shoot more consistently and reliably than Kris. As I do not follow the NBA I do not have a sense of of how the game is played anymore. If Kris’s NBA days are ending he must have the talent to earn far less salary abroad for a good many seasons barring injury..

He needs to work on his overall game. His defense alone should insure he has a place in the NBA for awhile. I would like to see him on a good team with good coaching where he could play to his strengths, even if he is not a starter. Work and, play hard and do not over think it.
