Watching them now. Light years ahead of our Frosh. Not to mention Spellman who sat out last year. When Brunson leaves, they have their replacement.
Divincenzo is their next star.
Nova with 19 3's tonight

The crazy thing with Nova is they aren't exactly killing the world recruiting. A lot of their guys are 3/4 star recruits who fit their system really well with a couple of 5 stars mixed in. They also do a really good job of utilizing redshirts.

They should be favored to win it all on Selection Sunday, the overall #1 seed

Need to read pc1971's opinion about winning it all. He has the best perspective on all things Villanova basketball.

If no one were to leave early they would return everyone, that's what Hassett said last week.

I wish the Red Head would go to but I think it's pre-mature. However it would make for a fairer fight next year. Nova's elite status nationally is a good thing for them.
BTW Jay Wright's closeup the other night after killing Creighton displayed for the nation a very old looking man for his age. He could never ever withstand the NBA pressure-cooker. Ergo, we are stuck with him forever.

Yeah Bridges and Brunson won't be back IMO. First rounders

That would surprise these old eyes Walk. Brunson, if Nova doesn't chit the bed early in the Dance, would probably be a very high draft choice. It took me two years to figure him out but now I see the son-of-a-snitch can play. He may be high on the National POY list too.
