I've always why the RSNs constantly change ownership. NBC Sports Boston has had at least a half-dozen owners over the years. My only guess is that there must be significant costs to fill the hours outside of live sports.

The one thing that caught my eye in the article was about FS1. Were they implying that it seems FOX might sell it eventually?

I’m watching the Alabama A&M vs DePaul game. Is anyone else in America other than families of the players watching? Hence, why Fox could be considering selling their sports network.
Then too, Disney’s ESPN is floundering.

U R welcome Dr. Draif
BTW, yesterday while I was training for the swimming part of the Triathalon, I met a man who had just finished playing basketball with his friends. He plays pick-up games every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with about a dozen friends. He's 5'-6" and 86 years old. He told me the guys have been doing it since 1962 when he became a Professor of Chemistry. The entire group is 80+. Rupert is 86 also so I am not counting him out just yet. Plus he's saving up for his Great Grandkids education.

Dex is working towards the Narragansett 1/2 mile tri. Its held yearly at Wickford cove. It starts with a 125 yard wade in the water at low tide followed by a 125 yard walk/jog to their 3 wheelers for a quarter mile spin around the block. You are doing a tri? Which one/where? ....gotta love friartown...

Johnny whaddya mean I'm "fibbing" Here I tell a heart-warming story of a kindly old Professor still playing the game he loves with the other kids since 1962 and that cold-blooded savage mikemc hi-jacks the thread with some mindless ridicule of me. The same damn thing happened when I shared the time I surfed in The Duke Kamehameha Classic in Hawaii. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duke_KahanamokuSo maybe I won't share these very interesting glimpses into my secret life anymore. The MODS here are still AWOL apparently. ps surely you remember mikemc aka Sir Pastrami aka the least funniest man ever on a message board and the guy who walks into VIG Restaurant before a basketball game waiving to everyone AND nobody, absolutely nobody, waves back.
