Cbssn, which is pretty weak exposure I believe. 1 inch of snow starting afternoon. Better be a big crowd there. New forecast shows a change in the front moving north more, now hearing 6 or more inches, storm watch starting on Saturday morning thru Saturday night. Definitely see this could impact attendance although it helps to be a Saturday and not a work day I guess. I plan to be there. Saw that. You're right if there is anything more than a dusting some will stay home. Shame but what can you do. Still hope to see a strong showing. I predict 10,500+ we'll see.

Hey Mike...BC Joe is in Callyfornia or Hawaii at the moment
Did he leave you the keys to the BC Van?
Bring a blanket because those Corinthian Leather seats get pretty cold
I have known people who could not get out of The Seven Hills Of Providence for a week after a storm
Creighton is Final 4 material according to some so you might get out early
I already told my chauffeur Jamine to wait outside with the car running

Oh btw Sir Pastrami...use that little walnut rattling around in your skull and take the train from Westerly if you do go to the game.
We don't need another cowboy on our roads.

A second ocean storm moving into Southern New England is expected to dump more snow on the region throughout the day on Saturday.
A Winter Storm Warning has been issued for all of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts from 7 a.m. Saturday through 1 a.m. Sunday. There's the potential for 4-8 inches of snow for most of our area, but some spots could see upwards of 10 inches.

Sadly I won't be there. But I made sure my 4 seats will only be filled by those wearing black & white.
Cape Cod might get up to 18".

Thanks, Dex.
I've shot a blank for the weekend. When the Frozen Fenway event was moved, I at least knew that we'd be able to stay and watch the entire game against Creighton. Instead, I now have a set of tickets for both games today - and my wife and I (with your forecast) are staying put, west of the Berkshires.
Guess I'll be sitting in front of the TV at 2pm today. Between now and then, I'm going to take down all of the Christmas decorations at home.

It's a dis-service to fans and especially parents being nagged by their kids to encourage attendance by any means.
To the contrary, fans should demand re-scheduling of the game. Colleges may be slaves to tv but fans are consumers who
deserve better. Every single city and town has parking bans in effect except Providence already as blizzard conditions ensue in south county.
Money Money Money The Frozen Fenway appearance by the Hockey Friars was postponed from today to tomorrow btw
