I have to admit, we are a consistent breed here
Dunk is a morgue - baloney, made more noise than 8K
No students - surprise surprise
Alumni Hall - so what if there's no seat for Dex
Can't find crummy Fox
Dance Team lethargic
Cheerleaders withou pom poms
Pep Band in class
What...no ref bashing?

Students....I'll play along if you're a frosh or a soph...maybe the fake id is a little suspect but if you're upperclass how do you not roll down to the dunk from 2-4 to get started on happy hour....HOW?
Fox...I went online for the stream....didn't see fios as a option....figured I'd get updates on their website....why wouldn't they have a running score on the cbb section?

My classmates and I were texting about this today. Discussing how we would have been half in the bag by noon before the game.

Hilarious 1st-half moment in the stands with such a small crowd: With Hamilton at the line shooting 2 during a rather quiet moment, some leather-lung a few rows behind me starts yelling, "Look at me! Look at me! Am I ugly?" Hamilton hits his first shot, and then "Hamilton, look at me!" Everyone is already laughing, and then Hamilton actually looks at him! And then calmly hits his 2nd shot.

Was at the yesterday’s snow game. Because of snow piles, there was no street parking; the City $10 lot was filled so the others jacked up their prices to $20 and 30 bucks a pop… THANKS NOT! We stayed in our normal seats and the crowd was actually decent considering. No Harry No DJ and the LOUD speakers were turned DOWN – Thank God! Should have popped down to find freeweymini – we are up to your right in last row of 103 – and yes the leather-lunged shout our was hilarious as was Tommy Hamilton IV – he is a decent player. Of course we sat there and speculated all game just who was Tommy Hamilton the III, Hammy Jr. and the “Original Ham Man? DePaul has 7 kids from Chicago – thinking many must be summer league sensations – definitely a sense they have upgraded their program – not sure Purnell will get that chance but still. Really do admire the solid, (not-great) Billy Garret Jr. – kid has overcome much in life as he battles sickle-cell disease. Seems he was truly the first piece in DePaul’s re-build. Must say Cartwright remains a personal favorite – he has the confident ability to advance the ball very quickly up the court. More than once, Depaul turns around on D and there he is right in their face. And yes, he was ‘on’ yesterday with his shooting. Kris ‘helter-skelter’ Dunn is emerging as a player in so many phases of his game. Not without faults mind you but here is someone playing on another level and his energy and constant effort more than make up for those deficiencies. His shot is pure and natural; his penetration skills are amazing. Harris continues to contribute even as he struggles and I do feel badly for the kid. Now, if CD had any sense of the ‘feel’ (like Chukwu does) he would be outstanding. Would like to see more of Chukwu… Tip of the hat to Bentil – solid game…solid. Say what you want but Ted Bancroft came in for a nice stretch in the first half and we increased the lead. He was involved with at least two disruptive plays yesterday. Said his legacy remains the “You’re a walk on?” comment from Doug McDermott – kid plays hard and is an unexpected pest out there for the opposition. We ended up seeing the very impressive triple double along with 5 kids in double figures as we coasted to the W. Now if we can somehow someway steal one tomorrow and grab another one the road we may have something to talk about come March. If Dunn continues this kind of play and Henton produces, we may just have that chance.

Can Free or wtm explain what the story was on that leather lunged kid yelping? I did see Sir Robert Driscoll getting a kick out of it

I think he was just trying to distract Hamilton at the line. Got to hand it to Hamilton, he's a cool cat.
Where is the $10 city lot? I was stunned when I saw the $30 price on the lot across the street -- which is what I use when I choose to pay for parking, at thumper's suggestion -- so I circled around and paid $20 across from the hotel. Normally I park on a side street on Federal Hill somewhere and walk across the highway, but didn't feel like trudging though the snow yesterday.
What seat numbers, wtm? I'll stop by next time.
