Holy....bullock being option #3 means Harris or henton is on the bench....it does not solve the backcourt scoring....now I'll go with the Cartwright being able to hit 3s as the reason he played so much b/c that's the only way he and Dunn can be on the floor at the same time....Cartwrights line was fine....especially for a frosh.... ...I don't how Lindsey helps out the D if opposing guards can handle the ball... ...lamomba was puzzling....made a great play and didn't see the floor.... It doesn't solve the lack of scoring from the backcourt but it stills give you that 3rd scorer which is vital. Just think last year we basically had 4 guys who could hit for 20 on any given night(not including Fortune who could get hot and give you 12-15) now it looks like we only have two of those guys. In crunch time of if we needed offense Cooley would have found a way to play all three together. Don't forget Henton and Bullock rebound very well. So we would have had the option to go small with Henton, Harris, and Bullock up front or even slide Ladontae to the #2 with Tyler at the #3 and Rodney at the #4. IMO Bullock was the guy who was gonna make losing Batts not such a big hit. Guy that could rebound and score in & out.

...and dunn on the bench?....cartwright was clearly the preferred ball handler...at least the other night....

What would you recommend, Walk?

I don't have a recommendation....just pointing out that simply inserting bullock is a convenient fix when it can't happen....and comes at the expense of henton or Harris....inserting him at the 2 comes at the expense of Dunn.....

Walk at his finest. No recommendation ,but plenty of negativism and complaining.tough to be wrong when one does not state what he would do.Really easy to Monday morning quarterback with things that do not work. Fortune cost PC a couple of games late last year with terrible decisions on in bounds passes when the game was on the line. That did NOT happen on Sat. Night Let's watch tonight to see how our boys play and continue the developmental process. I do not plan to get in a hissing contest with you tonight.Enjoy your misery.

Wouldn't matter if Cartwright or Dunn was manning the #1 at that point, neither is much of a scorer at this point. Would just need one to bring ball up and facilitate. That would be Ed's decision and I would think it would depend on the need at that point(shooting or defense)

So it comes down to who Ed think can hit a jumper out of Kyron, Lindsey, lomomba.....have to assume Cartwrights been the best in practice...

Technically you only need 1 PG on the court, pick one, write Ed a letter and ask him, or flip a coin for all I care. u can bet all 3 of those guys would be out there together for long stretches if Bullock were healthy not the worst problem to have

..i am curious to know the games the mr fortune cost us last year....i certainly don't remember any of the experts pointing that out last march...
..and holy...i'm surprised cooley would get in the chambers business as late as he did if he had any confidence in bullock at the 2....didn't chambers commit after italy....

Bullock at the 2? Where did u get that?
Chambers was brought in as PG depth, irrelevant to our discussion
Did you flip that coin yet?

Chambers as a 20 yr old frosh for PG depth?...with dunn/cartwright...and supposedly jr able to fill in at the 1?....
..see friar82's post in this thread...
flip a coin between cartwright and dunn?....i'll take dunn with the ball in his hands....then the best shooter out of cartwright/jr/chambers/lindsey...

Yes, he was brought in as guard depth, why so hard to believe? where do want him? the pivot? he's 6'1
