Question is fine except we don't know IF Henton can actually play as an effective 2G.
Can he adapt his game and demonstrate the speed and positioning to be able to keep up with what that position requires? Many hope so and see him as a better alternative than Harris who really hasn't shown the versatility, ball handling nor much of an ability to pass the ball...
Is the thinking that if he can adapt, Cooley will give him a run much like Cotton, who HAD to out of necessity?
He certainly adapted his game to become more than an effective PG...
Who knows?
Some will see this as a pipe dream and the stuff of nonsense BUT:
IF yes it will absolutely help this team and could make some really, really good things happen.
IF yes it will certainly enhance Henton's chances to advance to the next level.
