Calls for heavy snow and frigid temperatures combined with 9 PM start time could loom as potential threats to a big crowd and a sizable home-court advantage this evening. If intent on a run at the top-4 in the BE, covering your home games has to be a huge part of the recipe. On the other hand, the student sections could get a good boost with the return of school this week.
Go Friars!

If this game is not postponed, how many students does anyone really think will leave the warmth of their dorm rooms to come to the Dunk for this one. I'm thinking not many.
Looks like the parking garages will be the place to park for this one, got to believe the parking ban will be on later this afternoon.

With blizzard warnings on the Cape, I won't be coming. That stinks. Had reservations at Camille's too. The weather is no friend of mine.
But I transferred my tickets on friars.com to 4 rabid PC fans who promise to scream support.
GO PC!

I don't think its supposed to be as bad in the city as the coastal arreas. Having said that, just the hype of an impending storm has a negative effect on turnouts.

I'll be there!!!
If it was NIT ball I'm not gonna lie I would stay home in this weather but with a chance to take 4 straight and keep marching towards the ultimate goal I wouldn't miss it even if it was the blizzard of 78 (FWIW I was born in 80)

PC just cancelled classes for wednesday. this should be a major boost for students getting to the game. one more reason to pregame aggressively and get loud.

Hey All!
I am a big college hoops fan and am still relatively new to the area (I graduated from PSU and moved up to Providence). If anyone has a ticket and is not going to use it for the game tonight, I would LOVE to buy it from you. Yes, I'm one of the few hardcore PSU basketball fans (it looks like PSU dodged one with the Brandon Austin decommit), and am adopting PC as my #2 team.
Thanks for any help!

You think you have what it takes to be a fan of the Black and White? Think of Red Sox fans pre-2004- and then multiply the pain and disappointment X's 10. Haha, don't say I didn't warn you. Hope you're able to score a ticket.

I'm a Penn State basketball fan. Enough said. I can deal with disappointment ;-)

Should be able to buy a lower level seat for about 10-15 bucks. my boss bought a ticket for 2 rows behind the hockey boards just to the left of the CU bench for $15 1 hour before the game.
